Wendy Tanamachi has dedicated over 30 years to the healthcare profession, blending clinical expertise with a compassionate approach to care. She began as a Certified Nursing Assistant at El Rancho Vista Rehabilitation Center, later expanding her skills in hospice care, acute pediatric care at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital, and home health at Merrill Gardens at Chateau Whittier.
Her diverse experiences underscored the healing power of human touch, inspiring her to pursue massage therapy and collaborate with chiropractic offices, where she witnessed the benefits of upper cervical care.
Today, Wendy serves as Office Manager at Smith UCHC, where she combines her healthcare background with patient advocacy, ensuring each individual feels supported on their wellness journey.
Beyond her career, Wendy is a passionate advocate for Alzheimer’s awareness, honoring her father’s memory through involvement in The Longest Day, The Walk to End Alzheimer’s, and by offering education and support to affected families.


Cindy Van Arsdale is a Certified Recreational Leader with over 25 years of experience working with children, families, and diverse communities. She has served as a Before/After School Coordinator at Hillcrest Academy and Oxnard Navy Base, managed recreational facilities, and supported both special needs patients and senior citizens in assisted living. In addition to her recreational and caregiving background, she brings 20+ years of retail experience, including 11 years as a Merchandiser for Hallmark Gold Crown Stores. Cindy is passionate about creating inclusive programs, building community, and making a positive impact across all age groups.
