Saundra Heimark is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) who helps individuals achieve optimal health through a food-as-medicine approach and supportive daily habits. She blends bio-individuality, epigenetics, and Traditional Chinese Medicine to create strategies that nourish, restore, and rebalance the body. Her mission is to help people reconnect with the power of real food and intentional lifestyle habits, one ingredient and one choice at a time, empowering them to make lasting changes that support both body and mind.
A lifelong food lover, Saundra grew up outside of Philadelphia where her Mexican mother in the kitchen was the heart of the home. She was a phenomenal cook, baker, and navigated Saundra's food intolerances with creativity and care. In 2017, her mother’s ovarian cancer diagnosis became a turning point. Though she stayed positive, she was facing deep anxiety and brain fog for the first time. Saundra instinctively knew these were symptoms of a larger problem. Working with a functional medicine doctor, she discovered hormonal imbalances. Targeted nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation restored her health and she found her calling. Her healing alongside her mom's journey is why she's in the business of health.
After her mother’s passing in 2020, Saundra turned her pain into purpose and shifted her path to helping others heal from within. Outside her work, she enjoys family time (especially with her nieces and nephews), staying active in the gym, playing ice hockey (a sport she started in high school), watching sports (Go Birds!), and traveling (21 countries so far).
