If you are a patient you can feel free to do these exercises daily to assist you in holding your adjustment - because Holding Is Healing!
We want to help you hold your corrections as long as possible so you can experience the greatest benefit from your spinal corrections.

These should not cause any pain when performing these exercises. They are designed to relax your spine to help hold the adjustment, they are not designed to strengthen your spine. That will happen naturally from the corrections themselves.
